, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction from order to delivery, with a clear process for rare order errors. You can easily return any item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, but all returns must strictly follow our defined procedure.

You must initiate any return within three days of receiving your item and the returned goods must include all original components and be in the full sellable package. For rejections due to our error (defect or discrepancy), you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, processed within seven working days after we confirm your eligibility. If you reject a product due to your error or simple dissatisfaction, you receive a partial refund (product cost minus shipping/packaging fees) and are responsible for the return shipping cost. If an ordered item is out of stock, you may accept a free substitute of equal or greater value, or you are entitled to a full refund processed within 5-1$ business days.
